Flip Flop Fly Ballin'

Guy sat in the row in front of us at last night’s Toronto-Baltimore game at the SkyDome, with some seriously baseball-y shirt cuffs. Kinda thought he was a bit of a douche, then a wee bit later, he turned around and asked the people next to us if they’d take a photo of him. He smiled with the field in the background of the photo, and it was clear that he was there on his own, which made the scene a little bit melancholy.

My summer in Toronto is coming to an end; saw my last Jays game this afternoon, which ended with Adam Lind’s walk-off home run. I saw 32 games; the Jays have a 21-11 record at games I attended. Runs for: 179, runs against: 142. Home runs for: 69 (16 by Bautista), home runs against: 34.

It’s been a blast, Toronto. (Those aren’t my hands, btw.)
